Rooted in a fifth-generation farm family right here in Whitman County, the Palouse has always been home. Raised on a working farm, I grew up immersed in the land, the lifestyle, and the values that come with rural living. My husband, a Colfax native, and I are now raising our four children on these rolling hills, and our deep connection to this community shapes everything I do!
With over three years of experience in real estate, I’ve successfully represented both buyers and sellers across a wide range of transactions, including multiple dual-agent deals and millions of dollars in closed volume. I’ve negotiated complex contracts, advocated strongly for my clients, and have a particular passion for farmland and rural properties. Having grown up in agriculture, I understand farmland beyond the listing details — from how the land is used to what truly impacts its long-term value — and I work hard to ensure my clients are confident, informed, and well-represented throughout the process.
My professional background in entrepreneurship and marketing allows me to bring a strategic, thoughtful approach to real estate. After graduating from Washington State University, I owned and operated a local boutique, where I developed a strong foundation in branding, negotiation, and client relationships — skills that now translate directly into how I market homes and advocate for my clients.
Alongside real estate, interior styling has always been a true passion of mine. I believe a house becomes a home through intentional design, not excessive spending. I love helping clients create warm, functional, and personal spaces — whether that means acting as a personal shopper, building mood boards, styling and decorating a home, or offering guidance on how to elevate specific rooms. My approach is flexible, practical, and always tailored to the client’s needs and budget.
